Overview of class:
Sure, anyone can grill steaks, hot dogs and hamburgers for their guests. But it takes a real chef to prepare a memorable meal on the grill. Impress your clients with items such as Grilled Ravioli, Grilled Vegetable Salad, Grilled Pizza, Grilled Bananas Foster and more.
Students will learn how to steer clients to an easy to prepare menu that will increase your profits and reduce prep time. Create a checklist for clients to ensure that everything goes smoothly and the meal is served on time. The instructor will provide sample menus from backyard BBQ’s that have proven successful as well as recipes for grilled appetizers, side dishes and desserts. Also, learn tips on demonstrating recipes for those guests that just have to see how you prepare elegant grilled foods.
