Meet us in the Capitol Ballroom Foyer - bring your friends and family and meet chefs from across the country and their friends and family. Sure, you can see friends in the hotel bar, but this private event is ours alone and the cash bar is ours alone too. Better service, smiling faces, and everyone you meet is connected, in some fashion, to the USPCA.
