Cook Street Event

Be a Denver locavore for the evening.

NOTE: Participants will meet in the hotel lobby at 6:00 PM on Thursday, July 29th and take a leisurely stroll and shuttle ride over to Cook Street. (Cab optional)

Overview of Event:

Please join us at Cook Street School of Fine Cooking for an evening of grilling, eating, drinking, and learning!

This all-inclusive dinner event has been especially designed for the USPCA members. The beautiful commercial kitchen space of Cook Street is within walking distance (or a short cab ride).

Chef John Parks will be our host for a laid-back Colorado evening featuring an abundance of locally grown produce and locally raised meat paired with a selection of Colorado microbrews and Colorado wines.

Because of the seasonal nature of this evening – local produce and local microbrews – the menu will be posted once we get closer to the date. Nature is full of surprises and will add her own accent to our meal!
