When dinner parties stop and high-end events begin

Overview of class:

Dinner parties are commonplace. But what about those events and clients that demand nothing but the finest? You are proficient in regular dinner parties and events but this market demands an elevated service. Can you meet the challenge?

High-end clients bargain shop for fair-priced events just like anyone, but they are often willing to pay more for extras. Discuss menu development; working with the client’s PA’s and/or house staff; servers; site arrival; how best to set-up, prepare, and serve exquisite meals with top-notch presentation; and the extras that will make your PCS stand head-and-shoulders above the competition.

What you will take away from this class:

• How to interact with high demand clients
• How to properly price the service
• Learn the tricks that will make your service absolutely the best
• Learn how to dazzle the client while protecting your bottom line

Target Audience: Expansion
Expansion = expansion mode – has solid core business, looking to break out of standard PCS mode, senior chef
