Overview of class:
Clients have many needs. Some convenience, some a more elevated need with restrictions to be met. WeightWatchers is a popular program embraced by many. Once the methodology of assigning points to food groups and portions is conquered, a person using the weight-watchers system can venture off the program foods and construct their own menu.

Scott Wilson
Scott Wilson; C.E.C., A.A.C. is a certified personal chef with the United States Personal Chef Association and is a certified executive chef with the American Culinary Federation and is an inductee of the American Academy of Chefs. His Atlanta-based (Bowling Green, KY...depends on final move date) company, Kitchen Towel Productions, is a personal chef service that prepares meals in your home based on your personal preferences along with recipe development, culinary consulting, cooking demos, and working as a food styling assistant. He is a 30-year veteran with the food service industry. Wilson, former chef/owner of the Magnolia Inn in Grove Hill was also Executive Chef of the Country Club of Mobile. He has published several cookbooks including Eating Healthy, Eating Right and the popular Dining Under the Magnolia.
In addition to his personal chef service Chef Scott is the Southeastern Demo Chef for AGA ranges and also on the Program Advisory Committee at the International Culinary Schools of the Art Institute of Atlanta. In 2006 he was honored to be named the first National Chef of the Year by his peers in the USPCA!
