Overview of class:
Summer camps offer a wonderful opportunity to teach and enlighten. Kids among kids all being exposed to something fun and useful cooking! YMCA and YWCA groups offer structured and educationally driven summer programs. Here is a way to inject your talents for the younger generation to learn from. Camp is all about fun, and making cooking a fun topic isnt as hard as it may seem.

How to become recognized and involved with a local YMCA/YWCA
What to cook what planned menus both teach well and entertain
How to get the experience done effectively within a given time limit

Thomas Fox
Tom worked 30+ years as a Respiratory Therapist specializing in neonatal therapy. He lost his sight in May 2003 after contracting viral meningitis from a newborn he was caring for in ICU. His wife Patty was a nurse for 30 years.
Tom & Patty started Fox Culinary Productions in April 2002. They started the business part-time while still working night shifts in the hospital. In June 2006 Patty stopped working as a nurse and they took the business full time. They work all clients together. Patty is the driver and recipe reader. They have been teaching Kids Cooking Camp at a local YMCA for 5 summers now. This past summer the program had grown to 6 weeks of classes.
Tom graduated from USPCI Atlanta March 2002; Culinary Inspirations January 2003; Indian River State College Culinary Arts Program December 2006; Certified PC June 2004.
