Business Plans 101

Ignore this step and you probably won’t be in business next year

Overview of class:

A house is built on a foundation. No house can stand for long without a solid base. A business plan is the foundation of your business, but unlike a home, this document is fluid and is ever-changing to stay up with your expanding service. Ignore your business plan and you’ll soon be in the middle of nowhere, wondering how you got there, and how to get out. Stay on the paved roads and let your business plan map the way to success.

What you will take away from this class:

• What exactly a business plan is all about
• What elements go into a business plan
• Why there can be two business plans for the same business
• How often you need to examine and refresh your business plan
• Where to get all the details required for a sound business plan

Target Audience: Beginner
Beginner = beginner level – few if any regular clients, in business less than 6 months, green at every level
