Three cheers for the St. Louis USPCA Chapter and another successful USPCA Conference! Nearly 300 personal chefs had four days packed with educational opportunities and networking. Delicious aromas wafted the hotel’s hallways, coming from a variety of cooking demonstrations. The conference gala featured foods and dance from around the world.

Motivated by several speakers, I’ll be reworking my brief “elevator” speech to focus on client benefits rather than my cooking process.
